Job summary

BMW of Bloomfield is seeking Experienced BMW Technicians for our Bloomfield, NJ location. Pay ranges from $23 to $40+ per flat rate hour, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses based on production and productivity.

Walk-in interviews are welcome; please ask for Service Manager Richard Hwang. Qualified candidates will have BMW experience, up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications, and strong diagnostic, engine, and transmission repair skills.

Qualifications

• BMW experience required; all levels considered.
• Active ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems.
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair, electrical and drivability diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair per repair order following standards.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality.
• Document work performed, test results, and time per procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of essential tools.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
