Job summary

BMW of Salem is seeking BMW Certified Technicians to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles in a high-volume, team-oriented service department in Salem, Oregon. You will use BMW diagnostic equipment and follow BMW procedures to ensure quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate holds BMW Certification (Level 1–3 or Master) with 2+ years of dealership experience, strong diagnostic and drivability skills, and a commitment to ongoing BMW training.

Qualifications

• BMW Certification (Level 1, 2, 3, or Master Technician preferred).
• 2+ years working in a dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, and drivability skills.
• ASE certifications are ideal but not required.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles.
• Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and service procedures.
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality repairs.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure great customer experiences.
