Job summary

Mazda is seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to join Team Gillman Auto Group in Houston. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; sales experience, especially in automotive, is a plus.

The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase, building relationships, and presenting Subaru vehicles with professionalism. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong communication and closing skills, a professional appearance, and a commitment to a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver license with minimum of 3 years clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process in both English and Spanish
• Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Deliver a superior customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
