Job summary

Team Gillman Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Associate to join our Houston Mazda team. Fluency in both languages is required, and applicants who are not fully bilingual will not be considered.

Sales experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus. As part of a successful dealership that values performance and integrity, you will assist customers through the vehicle purchase, build lasting relationships, and demonstrate vehicles with confidence

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with minimum of 3 years clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process in both English and Spanish
• Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Deliver a superior customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
