Job description

Seeking reliable team member to operate our OH Crane and Concrete Batch Plant – including utilizing machinery and equipment to mix and pour concrete to build our precast concrete wall panels. This team member will also help with the general build duties of our wall panels becoming cross-trained in all aspects of our production process. EXPERIENCE with Batch Plant Operation is a MUST!

Main Duties & Qualifications

1. Must have strong work ethic with ability to arrive to work each day, on time
2. Willingness to work various hours with regular overtime
3. Previous experience operating a Batch Plant is a MUST! Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience is preferred
4. Must have keen alertness and awareness of/for safety at all times
5. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently with constant standing, walking, and twisting
6. Must be able to walk, stand, bend and twist constantly; crouch, crawl, climb, bend/kneel occasionally
7. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately on a consistent basis
8. Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English
9. Mechanical aptitude is a plus
10. Willingness to cross-train for wall build labor duties
11. Daily, reliable transportation is a MUST!
12. Hourly pay range for this position is $22 to $27 based on level of prior experience
