Job summary

Sage Hospitality is seeking a bartender for Marriott Denver Tech Center. The role involves set-up, drink mixing, service, and post-shift cleanup to uphold quality service and company standards.

You will ring and manage payments, keep customer satisfaction high, and follow safety and liquor-regulation policies while working AM/PM shifts and weekends/holidays in a lively hotel bar setting.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Certification in bartending and TIPS required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks following guidelines and safety standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through cordial and professional interactions.
• Process guest checks, cash, and charges per policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and maintain pars.
• Comply with state liquor laws and internal controls.
• Perform sidework and maintain organized work area.
• Provide excellent service during busy shifts.
