Job summary

Embassy Suites Denver is seeking a part-time bartender to set up, mix drinks and provide courteous service at the hotel bar, while upholding Sage Restaurant Group standards.

Responsibilities include managing liquor orders, maintaining pars, and staying compliant with state laws; you will perform side work as scheduled and assist with guest satisfaction. Must be 21+ with bartending training and 6 months of experience; tipped position.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification completed.
• Experience: 6 months bartending.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks per company beverage and safety guidelines.
• Maintain guest satisfaction with cordial, efficient service.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all side work duties as scheduled.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
