Qualifications

• 6 months bartending experience or more.
• TIPS certification or equivalent bartending training.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process payments per policy.
• Complete liquor requisitions and maintain pars.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Perform sidework as scheduled and maintain cleanliness of bar area.
