Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Interact with guests with prompt, friendly service.
• Process payments accurately via POS systems.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and bar security.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
