StandardAero is seeking a Mechanic II to support maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate aircraft. You will perform detailed maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Hawker, Gulfstream, Falcon, and Bombardier platforms in a collaborative MRO environment.

You must be skilled in reading manuals, documenting work clearly, and adhering to FAA and OEM standards while maintaining safety and quality.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft.
• Experience performing heavy maintenance (C&D checks) on Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, and/or Bombardier aircraft.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
• Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance.
• Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems.
• Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data.
• Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required.
• Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards.
• Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting.
