Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Mechanic I to support maintenance and inspections of mid-sized corporate aircraft, including Hawker, Gulfstream, Falcon, and Bombardier jets. You will perform detailed maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a collaborative MRO environment, emphasizing safety, precision and teamwork.

You will read manuals, troubleshoot components, and ensure documentation meets FAA and OEM standards while maintaining high quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
• Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance.
• Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems.
• Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting.
