Job summary

StandardAero Houston (IAH) is seeking a Corporate A&P Mechanic II to support maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate aircraft. You will perform detailed airframe maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on Learjet, Embraer, Challenger, Gulfstream, and Falcon platforms.

This role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork in a high-performance MRO environment with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of A&P experience performing heavy maintenance on corporate aircraft.
• FAA A&P license required.
• Experience on Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon, Hawker, Learjet, or Embraer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
• Remove and reinstall engines for inspection and maintenance.
• Conduct engine runs, leak checks, and functional tests.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems.
• Document work in accordance with StandardAero procedures.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
