AdventHealth seeks an experienced AV Technician to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment for venues and events in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team, maintain inventory, and ensure high-quality production for live shows and broadcasts.

The role requires 5+ years in AV, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. CTS certification is a plus; location is Altamonte Springs, FL, with day shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike AV equipment for venues and events.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AV gear for live shows and broadcasts.
• Troubleshoot technical problems as they occur.
• Maintain venue/event inventory and assist with equipment orders.
• Coordinate with management and team to meet objectives.
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for tasks.
