Moyer Auto Group in Lebanon, PA seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach reps, and drive results while upholding integrity and customer care.

You’ll recruit, hire, and develop staff, manage performance, and partner with F&I to close deals. The role rewards leadership with a competitive base plus commission and a path for advancement in a family-owned dealership.

• Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience.
• F&I and special finance expertise.
• Documented track record of success and performance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

• Professional appearance and strong customer presence.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.
