Moyer Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager in Lebanon, PA to lead a high-performing sales team, shape customer experiences, and drive results in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

You will recruit and coach sales staff, ensure standards, collaborate with the Finance Department, close deals, and foster a customer-first culture in a family-owned dealership that values integrity and long-term growth.

• Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience.
• F&I and special finance expertise.
• Documented track record of success and performance.
