No prior management experience is required; the dealership will train you. A strong work ethic, coachability, and a customer-centric mindset are essential to grow into a leadership role within our group.

What You'll Learn and Do

• Receive hands-on training in automotive sales management
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team
• Help sales professionals meet individual and dealership goals
• Learn how to structure and present vehicle deals
• Work alongside experienced managers throughout the sales process
• Assist with customer questions, negotiations, and deal closings
• Support the Finance Department as needed
