Job summary

G&C Auto Body seeks a General Manager to lead an auto body shop in Watsonville, CA. You will drive profitability, oversee day-to-day productivity, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring DRP experience, strong leadership, and mastery of CCC One, Mitchell, and I-CAR programs to coordinate repairs with insurance partners and staff. Excellent communication and customer service are required.

Benefits Of The Auto Body General Manager Position

• Pay: $120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)
• 401(k) Plan with company matching
• Medical, dental and vision benefits PLUS a Medical Copay Visa (Premiums PAID 100% for the employee)
• Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). PTO starts accruing on first day
• Company paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance

• Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience, we're ready to help you grow your career!
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners
