G & C Auto Body is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator for our Marysville location. The role focuses on accurate estimates and high-quality customer service within a growing company with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year estimating in an auto body shop and experience with CCC One, Mitchell, and I-CAR programs. DRP experience is a plus, with stable hours and a competitive compensation package.

This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor / Estimator ONLY and is not an entry level position.

THIS POSITION WILL BE FOR OUR MARYSVILLE LOCATION

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).

Qualified Auto Body Estimators Will Possess The Following

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
