Job summary

G&C Auto Body in California is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Tech/Bodyman for our shops. This is not an entry-level position and we require real collision repair experience with top-of-the-line equipment available in-house.

We offer strong benefits, a 40+ hour work week, and the chance to grow, train, and coach apprentices while increasing your earning potential through production-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization.
• I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
• Includes tear down and reassembly.
• Welding.
• Replacing panels.
• Grind, sand and fill repair panels.
• Framework.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair.

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!

Benefits

• Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
