G & C Auto Body in San Francisco, CA seeks an Experienced Auto Body General Manager to lead shop profitability, productivity, and service quality. You will oversee operations, maintain safety standards, and manage relationships with insurance partners and DRP programs.

The role requires DRP experience, CCC One and Mitchell proficiency, and strong leadership with a proactive, energetic approach. Excellent customer service and a track record of driving results are essential.

Qualifications

• DRP experience in auto body shops is required.
• Experience using CCC One and Mitchell for estimating.
• Strong leadership with high energy and urgency.
• Direct repair program experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pass a background check and insurance partner approval.

Benefits of the Auto Body General Manager Position:

• Pay:$120,000 – 160,000/yearexpected annual compensation(100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)
• 401(k) Plan with company matching

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience, we're ready to help you grow your career!
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners
