Chilton Auto Body in the San Francisco Bay Area and Marin is seeking an experienced Auto Collision Location Manager to lead shop operations, safety, revenue productivity, and the P&L for the location. The role oversees customer satisfaction, insurance carrier compliance, and the location’s overall appearance, with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto body collision repair industry.
• Ability to manage P&L and meet KPIs.
• Knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell estimating platforms.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily production ensuring ECDs are met and quality aligns with insurance KPI targets.
• Review estimates/supplements for insurance guidelines and quality to ensure compliance.
• Maintain building and equipment including licensing, permits and safety.
• Full P&L responsibility including revenue, margin and overhead targets to close the month.
• Coach and mentor technicians/estimators to ensure safety, performance, compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize CCC One platforms for estimating and management; Mitchell experience a plus.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

We are currently looking for experienced Auto Collision Location Managers to join the Chilton Auto Body team as we continue to grow and expand in the San Francisco Bay Area and Marin areas. Come learn from the best and advance within the company. We are looking for managers, body and tear down technicians, customer service reps, estimators, and car wash/detailers. The Location Manager is responsible for overall management and leadership of the shop location, including the team's safety, revenue productivity, profit and loss statement, customer satisfaction, insurance carrier compliance, and the location's overall appearance.
