Job summary

G&C Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Body General Manager to lead a busy shop in Northern California. You will drive profitability, oversee productivity and quality of work, and maintain an exceptional level of service and safety while keeping insurers and partners satisfied.

This is a family-owned company with growth opportunities, a solid benefits package, and a predictable schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• DRP experience required.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.
• High energy with a sense of urgency.
• Prior experience with direct repair programs.
• Excellent operational and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from insurance partners.

Benefits Of The Auto Body General Manager Position

• Pay: $120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)
• 401(k) Plan with company matching
