G & C Auto Body in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time role for experienced candidates with a background in auto body estimation and customer service, working Monday to Friday in a stable daytime schedule.

The position offers competitive compensation ($85,000–$120,000 annually) with weekly commissions, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs (DRP) is preferred
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
• We pay our commissions weekly!

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:
