G & C Auto Body in California is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator. The role focuses on estimating auto body work, handling DRP programs, and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs.
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred.
• Excellent customer service/sales background.
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once.
• Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude.

This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor / Estimator ONLY and is not an entry level position.

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
• We pay our commissions weekly!

Qualified Auto Body Estimators Will Possess The Following
