Job summary

G&C Auto Body in Sebastopol, CA seeks an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator to join our growth-focused team. You will estimate repairs, interact with customers, and coordinate DRP programs using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR software.

A minimum of 1 year in auto body estimating is required, with strong customer service and multitasking skills. We offer a family-owned culture with the resources of a larger company, competitive pay, weekly commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.

Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Auto Body Estimator:

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
• We pay our commissions weekly!

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:
