Job Title: ARF Administrator — New 6-Bed Home (Fresno/Madera)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ARF Administrator for a new six-bed Adult Residential Facility serving adults with developmental disabilities in the Fresno/Madera area. Paid pre-opening work is available now. The administrator will help prepare the home for licensing and opening, then lead its ongoing operations once the facility opens.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise, train, and schedule care staff.
• Ensure the home meets CDSS licensing and regional center requirements.
• Oversee resident records, medication documentation, incident reporting, and staff training.
• Work with residents, families, service coordinators, and other providers to support person-centered care.
• Help review the property and prepare the home, policies, and team for opening.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming home that supports residents’ dignity, independence, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Current California Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Administrator Certificate.
• Experience managing a residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of California Title 22 requirements and regional center services.
• Strong staff leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience opening an ARF and working with CVRC preferred.
• Able to work on-site in the Fresno/Madera area.

Pay: $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience. Paid pre-opening hours are available now; ongoing hours will increase as the facility opens. Schedule and start date will be discussed with qualified candidates.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
