Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring CDSS licensing compliance, maintaining resident records, and coordinating with families and service providers to support person-centered care. On-site work in Fresno/Madera is required.

Qualifications

• Requires California ARF Administrator Certificate and experience leading residential facilities.
• Experience ensuring licensing and regulatory compliance (CDSS, regional centers).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise care staff.
