Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers walking into our retail space. Your primary goal is to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and skillfully schedule follow-up appointments for our sales closers. You'll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage Walk-In Customers: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, initiating conversations and assessing their interest in our products and services.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Roof Maxx's offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and answer initial customer questions.
• Needs Assessment: Ask insightful questions to identify customer needs and pain points related to their roofing requirements.
• Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully guide interested customers through the process of booking a consultation or demonstration with our sales team.
• Information Gathering: Collect necessary customer information accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth handoffs to closers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales associates and closers to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to overall team success.
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential with a commission-only structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your success in setting appointments and your income.
