Roof Maxx of Concord is seeking an Experienced Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced retail team. You'll engage walk-in customers, understand their roofing needs, and book follow-up appointments for our closers.

This commission-only role offers strong earning potential, with top performers earning between $65,000 and $85,000 yearly. You’ll thrive in a customer-focused, outdoor environment and have room to grow into closing or leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building instant rapport, delivering a concise and persuasive pitch, and handling initial inquiries gracefully.
• Resilience and a positive attitude are key to thriving in a dynamic retail environment.
• The ability to quickly read people, ask qualifying questions, and negotiate effectively to book solid appointments is highly valued.
• Self-motivation and discipline are necessary to work independently and consistently achieve daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage Walk-In Customers: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, initiating conversations and assessing their interest in our products and services.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Roof Maxx's offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and answer initial customer questions.
• Needs Assessment: Ask insightful questions to identify customer needs and pain points related to their roofing requirements.
• Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully guide interested customers through the process of booking a consultation or demonstration with our sales team.
• Information Gathering: Collect necessary customer information accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth handoffs to closers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales associates and closers to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to overall team success.
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
