Adara Communities in Texas is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Agent for High Point Village. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases to maintain high occupancy, while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year leasing experience, weekend availability, valid driver's license, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We offer competitive pay, commissions, health insurance, and housing discounts.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
