Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent for our Imperial Chase community. You will stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects, lease apartments to maintain high occupancy, and handle applications and paperwork with accuracy.

The role emphasizes customer service, community engagement, social media presence, and daily tasks in a fast-paced, people-first culture. Weekend availability is required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule – weekends required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What We're Looking For In The Apartment Leasing Agent

• Minimum 2+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
