Job summary

Adara Communities in High Point Village seeks an Apartment Leasing Agent. You will greet prospects, qualify, close leases, verify applications, and maintain documentation while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes generating traffic through outreach, hosting resident events, managing social media presence, and supporting daily operations for the Property Manager. A minimum of 1+ year leasing experience and a polished, professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• < Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• < Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• < Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance.
• < Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED.
• < Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred.
• < Stable work history.
• < Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• < Important: Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.

• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
