Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent at Villas of Bulverde (288 units). You will stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects; lease apartments to maintain high occupancy; verify applications and paperwork; provide exceptional service to residents and prospects; generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.

This role requires strong sales and leasing skills, excellent communication, a polished appearance, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule with weekends required.
• Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What We’re Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:

• Minimum 2+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
