Johnson and Johnson, MedTech Electrophysiology, Inc. is recruiting for an Analyst Compensation & Execution, located in Irvine, CA.
The Analyst, Compensation & Execution is responsible for providing a wide range of business support including analysis and project management required to enable business decision support and incentive compensation program administration.
This role plays an important role in assisting the compensation manager and commercial leadership in providing direction in the development of sales incentive solutions and field sales quota planning. This individual is also responsible for executing the approved compensation program and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Care Compliance (HCC), Human Resources (HR) policies, and other requirements related to compensation processes and administration.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a compensation administration or related role. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities. Preferred experience includes medical device or healthcare fields and prior analyst roles in sales, marketing, or finance.
This position offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package, including potential annual bonuses, benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and paid time off. Remote work opportunities may be available.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 to $124,200.
