Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring an Experience Associate Manager to elevate the service and sales experience in our new Experience Stores. You will support Sr. Mobile Experts, coach teams, and champion new tools and product roadmaps tailored for these locations.

In partnership with the Experience Store Manager, you will lead a team through training programs, drive sales outcomes, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires focus on coaching, leadership, and customer problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ mos Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager preferred.
• Care: 12+ mos Associate Coach preferred.
• Coaching, communication, customer service, leadership, sales, product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues in one interaction using in-store systems and tools.
• Coach team members and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Own store performance and drive results.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on products and services.
