Beghou invites a Manager in Experience Strategy to join our U.S. practice.

You will oversee the delivery of innovative, data-driven strategies that help life sciences clients modernize how they engage healthcare professionals, patients, and payers, acting as the bridge between strategic design and operational execution. You’ll guide teams in translating insights into omnichannel roadmaps, manage delivery excellence, and support the growth of Beghou’s Experience Strategy practice while coaching

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer engagement or omnichannel strategy.
• Experience in life sciences or consulting preferred.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements, managing workstreams that design and implement omnichannel experience strategies.
• Collaborate with Associate Partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables that align to client goals.
• Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps.
• Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions to uncover customer needs and define requirements.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to ensure measurable success metrics are embedded in strategy design.
• Develop and deliver polished presentations that translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and storytelling skills
• Contribute to building Beghou’s IP and internal knowledge base for Experience Strategy.
