Dell Technologies invites you to join the Enterprise Design Group as an Experience Strategy Intern in the UX Services Design team in Austin, Texas. You will partner with product management, research, and design teams to shape enterprise software experiences through research-driven strategies.

You'll develop journey maps, personas, and early concepts, and translate insights into actionable designs. This paid internship emphasizes collaboration, portfolio growth, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as HCI/UX/Service Design or Design Strategy.
• Foundational knowledge of user-centered design and research methods.
• Interest in journey mapping, personas, or service blueprints.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking with ability to turn findings into concepts.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support primary and secondary research, including competitive reviews and heuristic assessments.
• Synthesize research into insights, personas, and journey maps to guide design and product research.
• Help identify opportunities to improve user experiences and near-term quick wins.
• Create scenario designs, storyboards, and concept cards and gather feedback on early concepts.
• Prepare presentations and workshop materials to tell a customer-centered story to stakeholders.
