Adobe invites a focused UX research intern to work with the Workplace Digital Experiences team, leading a study across sales and customer-facing groups worldwide. You will turn findings into personas and prioritized opportunities to inform leadership decisions.

Interns are co-located hybrid, splitting time between office and home, with manager-determined office frequencies to support collaboration and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Design or related field; graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Available for full-time internship May–September.
• Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, synthesis) via coursework or internships.
• Experience crafting journey maps or personas.
• Familiarity with survey design and basic quantitative analysis.
• Clear writing and storytelling to help people make decisions.
• Curious and comfortable solving open-ended problems with cross-team collaboration.
• Interest in using AI tools to plan, analyze, and share research.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a research study from research questions and recruiting through a final readout with leaders across Technology Services and Sales.
• Conduct interviews, observation sessions, and a survey with sellers, solution consultants, and the teams who host customers.
• Partner with our data analyst to compare what people tell you with usage and service data.
• Build journey maps and personas, then turn them into a ranked list of opportunities, including concepts to test in Lab82.
• Use Qualtrics, Miro, AI tools, and Adobe products to plan, analyze, and share your research.
