Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Industrial Design or Product Design.
• Foundational understanding of design principles, form development, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong collaboration, detail orientation, and communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, sketching, 3D CAD modeling, rendering and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with seasoned industrial designers, mechanical engineers, and thermal architects to create reliable, serviceable, and visually compelling enterprise hardware.
• Assist in developing physical concepts, modular layouts, and form factors from early research through prototyping and validation.
• Explore Colors, Materials, and Finishes tailored to enterprise customer environments.
• Build 3D CAD models and create photo-realistic visualizations for review with design leadership and cross-functional engineering partners.
• Leverage traditional design workflows and AI tools to rapidly explore concepts and communicate ideas.
