Job summary

Viva Day Spa in Austin is seeking an Experience Specialist (Med Spa Coordinator) to join a fast-growing, locally-owned team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and coordinating daily med spa operations, including laser treatments and injectables.

Weekend/evening shifts and a 1-year commitment are required. The role offers competitive compensation ($19.00-$23.00 per hour) and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays with rotating schedule.
• Willingness to commit to at least 1 year in the department.
• Efficient use of time and strong time-management skills.
• Sales-driven with KPI incentives and educational focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa

Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays along with a rotating schedule
