Viva Day Spa in Austin is seeking an Experience Specialist (Med Spa Coordinator) to deliver five-star guest experiences and drive revenue through informed service recommendations. The role requires at least one year of professional experience in a med or day spa and a strong ability to manage schedules, bookings, and client relationships.

You will coordinate day-to-day med spa operations, including laser treatments and injectables, while supporting a collaborative, growth-oriented team committed

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays with a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to commit to at least 1 year in the department.
• Focus on high average ticket price, rebooking, cross-booking and upgrades.
• Sales-driven with KPI incentives and training opportunities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Drive.

At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa
