Viva Day Spa LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Experience Specialist (Med Spa Coordinator) to deliver five-star hospitality and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires sales focus, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude to support laser treatments, injectables, and wellness services.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays with a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to commit to the department for at least one year.
• Strong focus on high average ticket price, rebooking, cross-booking and upgrades.
• Excellent professional communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of med spa services, including laser treatments and injectables.
• Drive sales to exceed KPIs and promote rebooking and upgrades.
• Provide five-star hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and appointments with a rotating shift.
