Job summary

Viva Day Spa + Med Spa in Austin, TX is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage experiences, combining skill, intuition, and care.

You will deliver personalized treatments, educate guests, and uphold high standards of sanitation and guest service in a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License is required.
• 6+ months of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience is preferred.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage services that meet Viva standards.

The Role

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll help guests feel better inside and out through exceptional therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage experiences. You will combine technical expertise, intuition, and genuine care to create personalized treatments that support guest wellness while delivering the hospitality and professionalism that define the Viva experience.

What You’ll Own

Technical Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License
• Minimum 6 months of professional massage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience preferred
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive massage movements safely and effectively
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 pounds
