Viva is Austin's premier day and med spa, inviting a Patient Coordinator to join a nurturing team focused on five-star hospitality. You will coordinate front desk operations, support laser treatments and injectables, and help guests select services.

We value sales excellence, relationship building, and a calm, warm demeanor. The role requires weekend/evening availability, great time management, and a commitment to growth within a patient-centered spa culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in a Med or Day Spa.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays on rotating schedule.
• Minimum 1 year commitment to the department.
• Warm, calm and nurturing demeanor with five-star service mindset.
• Strong focus on customer service and driving rebooking/upsells.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of med spa services, including laser treatments and injectables.
• Support front desk activities, scheduling, and guest flow to ensure a seamless experience.
• Drive high-quality guest interactions and contribute to KPI attainment through upsells and rebookings.
