Job summary

Viva Day Spa Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across our Texas and Atlanta markets. You will attract, identify, and hire talent for spa, med spa, hospitality, and operations roles, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires relationship-building, organization, and a genuine passion for people, with a focus on timely communication and strong follow-through.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, healthcare, or high-touch service environments.
• Managed recruiting platforms including ADP, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting licensed or service-based talent preferred.
• Flexibility to recruit outside normal business hours.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across all Viva markets.
• Own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire while ensuring a warm, professional candidate experience.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles.
• Build talent pipelines for licensed and hospitality talent.
• Partner with leaders on staffing priorities and hiring needs.
• Maintain consistent hiring processes and communication standards.
• Support offer process and pre-employment onboarding coordination.
• Develop relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry outreach as needed.
• Maintain passive candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Deliver a hospitality-forward candidate experience with timely communication.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead recruiting across Viva's Texas and Atlanta markets.

You will help identify, attract, and hire talented people for all positions across operations while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire.

This is a hybrid hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving staffing challenges, and helping people find meaningful careers. Success comes from persistence, follow-through, strong communication, and a genuine passion for people

What You’ll Own

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across all Viva markets
• Own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire while helping ensure every candidate experiences the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality that define the Viva brand
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for spa, med spa, hospitality, and ops roles
• Buildtalentpipelines for licensed and hospitality talent
