In this role, you'll help clients organize travel plans, coordinate scheduling details, and assist with reservation-related tasks to help ensure each trip is prepared smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist clients with scheduling requests, vacation preferences, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation services, tours, and activities
• Review travel availability and pricing using approved supplier and booking platforms
• Organize itinerary details, reservation confirmations, and scheduling updates
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and web-based messaging systems
• Support clients with itinerary modifications, booking updates, and follow-up assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized client records within internal systems
• Monitor destination information, supplier announcements, and promotional travel offers
• Attend remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing team development programs
