Hope's Global Getaways is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join a fully remote team as Travel Reservations Specialists. You will assist clients in researching vacation options, coordinate bookings, and maintain accurate reservation information from inquiry to confirmation.

The role involves working with hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and complete vacation packages, ensuring deadlines are met and confirmations are properly managed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in and meet applicable eligibility requirements for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or other qualifying regions/countries.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information, including preferred destinations, vacation dates, budgets, interests, and special requests.
• Search available accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and vacation packages through approved resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, and other relevant reservation details.
• Communicate available choices clearly so clients can select arrangements that meet their needs.
• Process and coordinate selected reservations using authorized supplier platforms.
• Verify traveler names, dates, room or cabin selections, and other booking information before confirmation.
• Organize reservation confirmations, payment schedules, and important trip documentation.
• Track deadlines and follow up with clients when additional information or action is required.
• Assist with standard reservation changes, cancellations, or service requests according to applicable supplier policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and document booking activity.
• Provide courteous and timely communication throughout the reservation process.
• Complete ongoing training to remain familiar with booking systems, destinations, and supplier procedures.
