Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Platform Owner & Administrator for Litera Foundation to manage day‑to‑day operations, configure system enhancements, and ensure data quality across experience, expertise, and proposal modules.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts with Marketing, Knowledge Management, and IT to align data governance, automation, and reporting with firm goals, while driving adoption and enabling AI‑readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting analytics, knowledge management, or marketing technology in a professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration of Litera Foundation, including configuration and enhancements.
• Oversee data quality, content, integrations, and taxonomy; provide user support and training.
• Design and optimize automated workflows for capturing experience data from lawyers and staff.
• Lead platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements firm‑wide.
• Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations and upgrades.
• Develop reports and dashboards to highlight capabilities, trends, and opportunities.
• Lead training, adoption, and change management efforts across the firm.
