Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an experienced Platform Owner & Administrator to manage the Litera Foundation experience management system, including training, onboarding, and data governance.

You will oversee data quality, integrations, and content taxonomy while driving platform enhancements in collaboration with business services and legal teams. You will design automated workflows, manage firm-wide rollouts, and lead change management to ensure scalable adoption.

Formación

• Minimum three (3) years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communications, data/information science, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the business owner of the firm’s experience management system, overseeing day‑to‑day administration, configuration, enhancements, and system performance.
• Project manage firm‑wide platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements.
• Oversee data quality, taxonomies, integrations, and narrative approval workflows.
• Design and evolve automated workflows to capture experience information from lawyers and professionals.
• Lead change management efforts promoting adoption and data stewardship.
• Leverage AI platforms to transform work product into actionable experience data and enable analytics.
