Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Platform Owner and Administrator for Litera Foundation to manage day-to-day administration, training, onboarding, and user adoption across the firm’s experience management system.

You will oversee data quality, taxonomies, integrations, and provide technical support for all users. You will lead platform rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements, collaborate with IT and vendors, and design automated workflows.

Formación

• Three+ years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administration of Litera Foundation and oversee end-user training and onboarding.
• Oversee data quality, content, data integrations, and system taxonomies.
• Lead platform rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements firm-wide.
• Design automated workflows to capture experience information from lawyers and professionals.
• Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations and upgrades.
• Develop experience reports, dashboards, and KPIs to guide business decisions.
• Provide training and change-management support across the firm.
